What stays on your device by default
Your medication entries, logs, notes, appointment records, and routine data are stored on your device by default. You do not need to create an account to start using Pillr.
Appointment recordings and transcripts
If you use My Appointment, appointment audio, transcripts, and appointment notes stay on your iPhone. Pillr does not send appointment recordings, transcripts, or appointment text to cloud AI tools, analytics services, or a Pillr account.
On-device recovery copies
Pillr keeps a current checked recovery copy and, when available, an earlier checked copy on your iPhone. In Settings, you can review and choose either copy before restoring it. Pillr does not offer cloud backup, cloud restore, or syncing.
Optional Apple Health access
Pillr may offer optional Apple Health features. If you turn those on, Apple Health permissions are controlled by you inside iPhone settings.
Other optional AI features
Some other AI tools are optional. Because those tools may rely on internet access, they should only be used if you want them. They are not required for basic medication reminders, tracking, or My Appointment records.
No medical advice
Pillr helps you remember medication and keep records. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
