What is Pillr?

Pillr is an iPhone app that helps you remember medication, log doses, track focus windows, and keep a clear record of what happened.

Does Pillr replace medical advice?

No. Pillr helps with reminders, records, and routine. It does not replace your doctor, pharmacist, or any other clinician.

Does Pillr work for Vyvanse, Adderall, Concerta, and Ritalin?

Yes. Pillr supports common ADHD stimulants and non-stimulants, along with other everyday medications.

Can I track non-ADHD medication too?

Yes. Pillr can track other medications as well. Some features are especially helpful for ADHD medication routines.

Where is my data stored?

Your data stays on your device by default. Optional iCloud Drive backup is available. Apple Health and AI features are optional.

Do I need an account?

No. You can use Pillr without creating an account.

Can I export my medication history?

Yes. Pillr can export medication history as CSV or PDF so you can review it or share it during appointments.

What is a focus window?

A focus window is a simple timeline that shows when your medication is likely to start working, peak, and wear off. It helps you plan demanding parts of the day more clearly.

Is Pillr free?

Pillr is free to download on iPhone. Some deeper features are part of a paid upgrade.

Can I use Pillr if my routine changes a lot?

Yes. Pillr is especially useful when mornings are messy, work shifts change, weekends look different, or you often need to double-check what happened.
