This guide is for general information only and is not medical advice. Pillr helps with medication reminders, dose tracking, and routine notes, but it does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure ADHD. Speak with your doctor, psychiatrist, pharmacist, or prescribing clinician about medication timing, missed doses, side effects, or treatment decisions.
Record the timing before asking for advice
Write down your usual dose time, when you noticed the missed or uncertain dose, and what your prescription instructions say. If those instructions are unclear, ask a pharmacist or prescribing clinician before deciding what to do.
Why it happens
Missed doses usually come from disrupted routines, busy mornings, travel, or not being sure whether you already took it.
Missed-dose note template
Keep the note simple so it is useful later:
- Medication: Adderall
- Usual time and time noticed
- What happened: taken, skipped, late, or unsure
- Relevant context: sleep, food, travel, work, refill issue, side effects, or illness
- Question for your pharmacist or prescribing clinician
How to make it less likely next time
- Use a dedicated reminder app
- Log the dose the moment you take it
- Keep the medication in one regular place
- Check refill timing before you run low
Pillr helps with all four.
Where Pillr fits
Pillr is an ADHD medication reminder and dose tracking app for iPhone. It can help you set reminders, log taken or skipped doses, track supply, and review medication history.
Pillr does not tell you whether to take, skip, delay, or change a medication dose. Use your own prescription instructions and ask a pharmacist or prescribing clinician when unsure.
